Pool Cover Specialists (PCS) Colson Top-Track Wheels are simple and easy to replace on to your Top-Track Wheel Cart. These wheels are held onto the Cart by a nut and bolt. Unscrew the nut and bolt to remove the old wheel, then use the same nut and bolt to secure the new Top-Track Wheel in the same place.
